I have purchased one old car before two years and with car I have got running ICICI Lombard Car Insurance. I was learning driving at that time so I have done one small accident. I have not any experience of car insurance before that.
So I have visited ICICI bank and called customer care regarding this accident. They have told that they will call me and will get back soon.
I have got call and completed all process of claim in just 3 days and within 5 days I got completed my car. ICICI Lombard is really good insurance company however price of insurance is little high than competitive companies like hdfc and sbi. overall I can tell that this is useful and good insurance if they give you some discount rate.
