I took the two wheeler policy one year back. They gave cover note at the time of taking the policy. But until now there is no policy note created against the cover note.
I have been following them weeks to solve this issue. Not yet solved.
Livechat option wont work in their website. They have not provided any option to track your SR. If some one had to claim for a repair then they have to pay from their own pocket even after taking the insurance. Customer care people are fooling the customers.There should be a possibility to rate 0 stars?
