Robber bank ICICI. Review on ICICI Bank

ICICI Bank is a robber bank. its practices are absolutely not account holder friendly. This banks does ill practice. I am 62 year old and hold saving account. This Cheater ICICI Bank has charged approximately INR 800 in 4 times for not maintaining minimum balance INR 10000 in my account. and no SMS of deduction was sent on mobile otherwise I could have maintained the balance. This Robber Bank thinks that it is above than Govt. of India, whose ruling states about No charges on not maintaining minimum account balance. I am senior citizen even than they have charged minimum account balance charges though it is INR 5000 for senior citizen. when I had asked to Customer care they responded no refund will be reimbursed as your account even being 62 plus age has not been converted into senior citizen account. I request to people that do not be the part of this robber and cheater bank who does cheat and ill practices to rob your money earner with hard work. I will share this on all social platform and request to all people to Close their ICICI Bank Account immediately.
