Icici bank gave us very good service and they are userfriendly when they start banking but as of now they did not maintain the same.Customer care also so poor guidience giving to the customers, phone banking itself they solve lots of problems before, but nowadays they are saying to visit nearest branch always.We have to call from the Same No only which is registred.If we call the waiting time is more , I called customer care for complint they said Imobile app can work If you do not have SB Account also.But I downloaded and checked its not that .
First they give training to their customer care executives then only the sinario will change.
They taking lots of hidden charges .
Banking is not up to the mark.
