I have availed personal loan from ICICI for Rs.4 Lakhs, Before taking the loan, they told me only processing fee would be charged of Rs.1000/- and no other fee would be charged.
But while the loan amount is credited, Rs.6, 000/- got deducted additionally towards Insurance.
But this was not at all intimated to me.
When I went to them and asked, they are saying that they have already explained it to me.
Actually those executives would get some commission if Insurance is opted for.
Instead of intimating it to Customers about Insurance, they are getting their commission and customer is being charged Insurance amount.
ATM Availability is high in Cities and now even in villages also, we are seeing ICICI ATM's.
Internet Banking has been good and we can instantly add payee and send money through iMobile app.
But some things, Customer care do not complete directly like updation of personal details.
