I have been use ICICI Bank for last 04 years. And as per my opinion ICICI is one of the best bank of India. It provide all the services which a bank can. It has plenty of products, from which you can choose as your wish. It has an amazing phone banking service, by which you can do almost everything. It allow you to do transactions like, fund transfer, bill payments etc. You will get your account information like balance, mini statement, loan statements etc. It also provide you services like, debit or credit card request, start or stop a service etc. The phone banking is simple and easy to use. It works very fast.
ATM availability is a little poor, there are only 5-6 ATM Is available in my city, where SBI have 10-12. All the ATM works perfect and well. I did not find any shut down for technical error. Cash is available 24/7.
One of best internet banking service is given by ICICI Bank. It installed with most advance software. You can do everything from home literally. It is easy to use and very very fast. It provide you various product like, general, health, bike and life insurance, all types of loan, investment and retirement plan etc. The services are almost error free and user friendly.
Customer service is very good with various helpline, service desk and tale calling facility. The staffs are very helpful and informative. Several systems are open 24/7 for services.
