Friends, from my experience I can say that icici bank has the best customer service I have experienced till date.I had visited the regional icici branch for a home loan. The manager himself explained me all the detail of the loan. He was very polite, well behaved. Unlike bank of india manager he was not annoyes with my questions. Instead patiently he tool my doubts and cleared them. The other officials were also behaving nicely. Unlike other banks he did not insisted me on a particular product but suggested me which product will suit me. Really their customer handling is very nice.
