I am using ICICI bank since 5 years. I like the service which I have received from the Bank. Employees of the Bank
are very helpful. I have not faced any difficulty when I have opened the account. Even I have opened my account from my house. They had just taken few documents from me and gave all the kits which I require.
I always do online transactions. They have provided the user id and password to use online banking.
But you have to maintain 10000 rupees each month. And also when you want to open account in ICICI Bank, you need to have minimum 20000 rupees in your account.
It supports phone banking and internet banking.
You can take money from Any ATM by using your debit card.
