I have a bank account in icici bank . I applied a credit card in this bank . One of the executive came to my office and collected all the documents needed for credit card and also they verified my address proof. After that I received a reference id via email. After one week I got a call from customer executive for confirmation all done I thought every thing is going good. After two weeks I checked the status of credit card online. It shows my credit card application is rejected. I called cc and asked reason they told go and ask in bank in bank they told go and ask in cc dept which is in another area there also I went and asked cc person she can't even check my application process and told wait for week.
After one week went to icici credit card dept office same reply we don't know the reason. How the hell this people reject my credit card application without any prior reason.
