Today I am gonna share my experience with icici bank.
I decided to open an Savings bank account in ICICI Bank but unfortunately I was so disappointed by the bank policies, terms and the staff that insisted me to write this review.
When I went to the nearest branch of icici bank and got the form of opening an SB Account qnd they told me to fill it and return to us after 15 days, thats a lot of time. It takes just some minutes to fill a form but they are gonna take your 15 days.
After waiting for 15 days, I went there and submitted the form there and asked me to buy a xerox copy of this document and that document, I told them that why you didnt told me on the first day.
After all formalities , they took 21days in total to open just a simple SB Account.
Just imagine, how much time they are gonna take to do other bank stuff.
