I feel this review is:
Good bank but only for rich. 25000 minimum balance maintainance for urban account holder and 5000 for rural account holder whichis too hogh below this then charged. Phone banking is good. Internet banking is also good but costumer service is bad not proper talk or give solution. Very crowed branches. Talk too much time. If want loan agents not support properly. If you are rich and have some knowledge of banking then go.
