Hello friends, one year ago, I opened an saving account in ICICI bank in Varanasi. initially I deposited 12000 in account. I was shocked to see that only 11500 is printed in passbook. when I asked the reasons from clerk, he said that he insured me at 500 for accident plan. I said, please return my money . I am not willing for insurance . this bank provide net banking, phone banking, ATM card, Credit card facility. but maintenance charge of these facilities are very high. apart for this number of ATM in my city are few. so we have to use other atm for transaction. bank provide home loan, education loan . but interest is very high in comparison to other bank. all staff are very supportive but service provided by bank is not good enough. customer service support is average. in future I will close my account.
