I feel this review is:
I used icici credit card.when I blocked it.i got bill of 1200 .calling customer care means waitng for hrs .the I paid the bill to get rid of it and next month again .i get bill of 1800.and again wait for hrs if u dial customer care no.worst bank ever.no customer service.When the person comes online.i as him to waive off ma money, he clearly told me that if u continue using the card.only then it will be waived off.otherwise u will have to pay the full amount.
