ICICI Bank came up with lot of new apps and features that we can do operations with help of smartphone.
But they are charging a lot of hidden charges for everything. If it was a low amount we can bear it, They are charging a high amount of money for each and every small thing.
I had deposited 20000 once in my account .after 3 months I thought there will be any interest but shockingly I seen that there is only 18k in my account.
I had visited the branch and questioned them, they are saying that u did not done any operation, and for phone banking we charged some amount, u downloaded a app, for that we are cutting some price from you.
In this way, where the 2000 rupees, who eat it? did I spent it .for which case, they r doing all this things.
May be it is a No.1 Private Bank, But there is no respect for a Account holder and for our money.
