ICICIbank.com I am trying to connect with you from 3rd of July when Rs.5000 was deducted from my bank account, Your customer care guys have generated 2 SRs(SR482387179, SR480640340) and closed them without any resolution. I have visited gurgaon sector 17 branch and requested them to help me out but they simply denied me that only customer care will help me on this.Its been around 29 days and still I have not received my money back.
