I am using ICICI credit card last 1 year. I got it on behalf of my salary account. My monthly expenses are nearly 20000 rupees. I have received payback points also. Their maintenance charges are nil.
My all transaction are completed in first attempt still there is no any issue during transaction through credit card. Once time I have problem regarding overlimit charges but I am not aware for this because I didn't get any message for that. Customer care solved this problem very patiently and they remove my all extra charges.
One thing I would to tell you I never miss their due date of payment. I take my phone and inverter in emi from this card.
I recommend this card to all of you who wants to take a credit card because customer service of bank is good and I am satisfied with it
