When the card was processed through a marketing call, I was told this is a lifetime free card.
I have closed this card because they have lied about this and there is an annual fee on the card and customer care(including Supervisor) will insist this was never a free card.
They will ask for reference stating it is process for verification and then bug your family members or friends with marketing calls.
Card is not secure, my colleague's Coral card was hacked and he was charged to the tune of 2 lakh rupees. He had to involve cyber crime department in Bangalore to get the amount waived off as ICICI was not willing to agree that card was used in Walmart U.S when this person has never went to U.S. This is another reason I decided to close business with ICICI.
Good thing about ICICI is customer service is prompt.
