Hi guys very bad experience with Icici credit card, custome service is not good while applying icici Ferrari credit card executive told its life time free card and monthly 5 tickets free , 20% off in restaurant, and every 100 RS 5 rewards points , but I am using this card since from 6 months I didn't get any offers apart from reward points, icici bank people deducted joining and processing fee of credit card as 750Rs. No free movie tickets. No cash back options, bank putting more interest rate on used amount, before applying for this card clarify all the offers and joining fee of the credit card
