Today its the world of high speed communication. Companies keep their ears to customers to ensure that they serve them better and customers be loyal. However for I C I C credit card devision, I think they are still in the old era.
I found that my credit card transaction was denied while shopping. Although I could make the payment from other bank card, it was an embarrassing moment. I wanted to know the reason on this issue. I called the customer care number.
I called the customer care number, it was auto pilot mode.There is no option to speak to the customer care. Repeated attempts just failed. I do not remember my PIN, but the auto customer care advised to dial from the registered number.
I tried with registered number, but there was no option to talk to customer care.
Suppose, if we loose our wallet and the mobile, and try to call the customer care to block the card and if this happens does ICICI takes the responsibility?
ICICi - bank knows to call on the customer for payment due. They will ensure that you are harassed by their calls. But when customer requires to lodge a complaint,!
Is ICICI respond and make approach to customer care user friendly?
