Icici bank charges exorbitantly and somtimes even for charges that you dont owe them. I was once charged 1500 rupees for electricity bill which I do not pay at my house but my father does. I called bank disputed the charges but they didnt waive off and asked me to goto electricity office, I went there and they said they havnt received any money from icici bank. Then I sued them the case went on for 3 years and finally after courts ordered they returned my money. In between goons came n threatened me.
They have this placement office in delhi cant remember the name now. He is registered as an employer on naukri.com and all other job portal from there they get your details and they threaten you so the best thing to do is sue them and do not pay if you dont agree with the charges.
All in all worst bank.
