We have purchased 32 IBM Laptops of both brand (R51 & R52) while supplying the laptops, e user manuals have been received with each laptop.
We have delivered the laptops to the Judges to use the same. The users are ignorant and they not know how to use the user manual and how to read it. Hence hereafter if you are issuing e manuals along the laptops you assume that the person who is going to use may or may not know to use the e manuals properly.
In tamil nadu and some other parts of the government officers the users actually using are more of ignorant and they do not know how to use the e manuals in the CD's. So please kindly provide the user manuals in the physical or printed format. so that anybody can access. Moreover, if the power is off and the battery is fault means the usage of the CD is not worthy and above all, if the CD is not in a condition of usage then the use of CD is not done and as such the purpose of issuing cd based user manuals will not be effective.
Also, the user may be ignorant of the language ENGLISH then actual user who is expert in regional/local/vernacular language cannot use the same. also please provide the details of the usage in the local vernacular or the user preferred language. so that the very purpose of issuing cds based user manual and language based pamphlets may be reached.
