I usually like romantic books and since the writer got famous I bought the book. The writing was totally Indian and nothing too happening about the story. It`s just a simple story of how a boy meets the girl, they fall in love and plan to marry each other. The ending was heart touching when he gets the news that his love passed away. Especially the scene when a small girl falls from the swing and her mother runs to the child and finally the boy gets to know that the small kids name is also Khushi ended the story well. Lots of flaws in the writing but since it is an Indian writer I think he has keep Indian readers in mind and has written a simple story. Lots of things missed in the writing and the feel of the story was only towards the end. A book should be such that you feel it is happening to you for example Chetan bhagat`s book are also Indian but it keeps your attention all the time.
Only if you are in love then read this book other wise there is no take away from this book.
