good car but poor service/dealer/company

Friend’s I purchased my santro from planet Hyundai on 28th September 2006 my problem starts from the same day when the dealer deliver me the silver car against my order of white and charged the difference

of non metallic & metallic also, how ever I take the delivery they give me the delivery with all necessary documents i.e. invoice, receipt, insurance cover note, toolkit and spare wheel I mean with complete formalities

p; every thing was fine but after 3 months from the purchase of car I find that the cover note they have issued to me was bogus they have not paid the premium for that in the insurance company and i was using my brand new santro without insurance and their staff Is convincing me that the policy was lost at your end from your home (as this all is stated in car dealer review also please read that also) after five months of purchase they issued me  the new policy of other company but in this duration I try to contact company persons lot of time but they never support me or chase dealer for this mishappening


           
    before my first service I am getting 17-18 kmpl average as my car is nona/c version but at the time of first service mr. Kapil nagar who is the supervisor in their workshop chase me to fill something like oil supplement they told that it helps in increasing average & pickup i said ok and they did they charge some 400 for that but now problem begins my car started giving average of 12-13 kmpl and started misfiring also after lot of complaints and minimum 4 visits to their dealership they are not in position to solve my problem till today every time when i visit their workshop they checked at their meter in meter there is no fault traced displays and they said every thing is fine and we can do nothing so from last 3 months i am driving my santro non a/c at the average of 12 or 12.5 kmpl I fed up with my vehicle before service I was happy that i get good average with my santro but after 1st service I don’t know what they have done I lost my average as well as smoothness of driving also


 


                                                    many more problems I am facing in my new santro doors are not smooth they are not closed properly until shut them like the truck doors, on speed breakers front fender stuck, average problem, pickup problem, misfiring and the behavior of the dealer as well as of the company also I think after reading this they try to solve my as well as of the friends (santro owners ) like me
