There are several things I didn'tliked in this vehicle. I drew many cars like swift, etios, polo. I thought I 2o is more costly then this cars then there must be something special about this vehicle but I got very disappointed after I bought the vehicle. 1. Well I dont want to count itas disadvantage but show room people made me fool, when they promised me for Teflon coating and they did nothing. I can easily see all round lines all over the car. 2. The biggest thing I didn't like about the car is its 2 gear lag. At first I thought it's some kind of problem but when I enquired about this with showroom technicians he told it's common in diesel segment. When compare to other vehicle like swift or etios, I 20 isvery week in 2 gear. Swift and etios runs as soon as u release the clutch but in i20 u need an extra speed to shift to 2nd and forget about in AC. If u come across a speed breaker whilethe AC is on u can not pass the breaker unless you shift the gear to first. There's no way u can pass breaker in 2nd gear. And on ghat roads u have to drive the car on first gear that to without AC. The most and worst disadvantage about the vehicle is its 2nd gear lag. 4. Milage ( A big thing to worry and laugh about how hyundai making ud fool ) Highway- it's good on highways actually, its around 20kmpl without AC And 17 18 kmpl with AC, both on an average speed of 100kmph. City- bcz of that 2nd gear lag u need to use clutch almost all the time in city. Because of which I think I get around13 kmpl in city without AC and 10kmpl with AC. Now its a big matter to worry. 4. Suspension is not that good when compared to Toyota maruti and vw. It's feels very tight on digs and breakers. Even u can hear lots of sounds while driving on bad roads. 5. Head lights focus are not sogood. Mine is not projector head lamps.I don't know exactly If I am the only one who is feeling this kind of problems with the vehicle. But still I love it because I don't have any other option now? Though she will not be my last vehicle.
