Hi , this is my second Hyundai Car , I bought
this car due to previous good experience with
Hyundai . I got my shock of the life when
suddenly AC stopped working , my Car is just
1.5yrs old ( 15, 000) km run . When I contacted
the Hyundai dealership for the ratification , I
was shocked to know the reason for the
problem , I was told the AC relay is too low
built and a rude shock can cause this problem ,
I was also told this is due to the Vehicle design
. During the purchase I was told that this is
best car with futuristic design . I would request
new buyers please beware of buying such product
which causes metal pain and agony .The local
dealers in the name of Service are looting
gullible Customers by charging exuberant
amounts in the name of Service without
Customer satisfaction . The feedback system is
also not effective , there is no remedy post
complains . The feedback call is just to have
the ratings and No BODY is interested in
Customer Satisfaction . I hope the same will be
rectified through this esteem column. Thanks
