2014 hyundai verna diesel automatic SX(O). Review on Hyundai Verna

After a long delibration and test drives between Skoda Rapid DSG w/ black package and the hyundai verna, I finally purchased the Hyundai Verna for the following reasons:

1. Styling and exterior looks(subjective to individual choices)

   
   




2. Premium and good quality interior as compared to the competition(including new Honda City)

   
   




3. By far the best comfort in its class as compared to any of its rivals

   
   




4. Decent equipment list although cruise control would have been better, if included for the price.

   
   




5. The most quietest and refined diesel engine among the competition.

   
   




6. Ride and handling not as bad as projected by many of the expert car reviews.

   
   




7. Powerful engine and meater torque on demand.

   
   




8. Can't beat the after sales and service as compared to the competition.

   
   

I have put over 1000 kms on it and certainly satisfied of taking the right decision although I must admit that the Skoda Rapid was quite irresistible.

Its a head over heart decision.
