My name is srikanth and I bought a Verna in December 2015. My model is 1.6 CRDI SX and it has been a pleasure to drive. The car has not asked for a lot of maintenance, though the service has not been exactly cheap. The engine is very responsive and with time, has become even better. The car is smooth to drive and even soaks up uneven roads well. On long drives, the seats are very comfortable and the AC also works very well.?
But the space inside the car sometimes feels less. The legroom for my tall friends, in the back seat is a little less and the headroom becomes an issue. The steering is light and is great for city driving but at high speeds, you have to drive carefully. The quality of materials used in the car is good and the cabin feels and looks premium.?
Talking about the mileage, the car delivers around 15 kmpl in city driving. If you maintain the car and drive it nicely, it never creates any problem and the servicing is also very standard. The low ground clearance of the car becomes an issue as soon as the roads end. Even on some of the speed bump, the bottom of the car is touched. While parking in malls, one has to be very careful as the sudden slopes and turns also make the car touch the ground. But other than that, I am really impressed with the car and it has never let me down, be in performance, comfort or looks, the car is amazing and I love it.?
