We had owned a Santro some years back. Initially we thought it would be a good and reliable family car. For the first few months running was smooth and there was no much trouble even though it was second hand. But after some days many problems started to trouble us.
The clutch plate was causing trouble. There was problem with starter. After giving it for service came the real shock. The spare parts were too costly and a high bill of around Rs.15000/- was charged.
Again after some months the same problems came up and then we understood that things would'nt be in our hands and its better to get rid of Hyundai all together and go for companies like Maruti.
