Saturday(18th Feb 2012) I had very bad experience. I purchased one cream outside hyper-city and as of my habit I thrown that bill. While entering into Hyper-city mall, I shown my bag to security and she didn't given any sticker to that cream. As I'm not aware of their rules I went inside and shopped some things worth of 2700/- around. After billing at exit, guy checked that bill and checked my hand bag and then he asked me bill of that cream. They simply suspected me for 35rs/- worth of thing.
I told him to scan bar code if you want. My bad, he checked and saying that its scanned its our product only. If you purchased some where else show me the bill like that. Really I didn't understand how they suspecting for 35 rs/- thing when I purchased 2700/- things.
After they checked their cc cams and finally told that simply "you didn't stolen that you can go".
I asked him do u have any unique code for hyper-city products. They said no. Then how they suspected me saying that the product scanned? Is this the way to behave with customer? How we are aware that we should ask for sticker or such silly things? Is that our responsibility? Or don't they have efficient security? Finally he didn't even ask for apology. He simply said you can go?
Really they spoiled my mood. Really very very worst service to the customers. As we are from different places, if our parents on same condition how can they tackle. Even the main security guy don't know English also he is talking in Hindi and simply shouted on me before. After everything he said u can go you didn't done that.
Don't waste your time and don't spoil your day. There are many malls in Bangalore with lots of stuff and with best services. Don't prefer Hyper-City at all.
