Recently I purchased a Maxit Exercise Trainer from Hypercity Meenakshi Mall, Bangalore store. Ordered it on April 20th and I had to call 2 times to get this delivered at home. Within a week the display went bad and I called the customer care. After 3 calls a person came and checked. Put a new set of batteries and went off. The display worked for a day and next day the same problem occurred again.
From that day onwards (2 months now) I contacted the local store and the customer care center continuously and no valid response yet. Every time when I contact the customer care center the representative assures me that they will call me back. Nobody called me back and when I call again, they assure me that the Bangalore store person will call me back. I am fed up with this.
I am going to pack this equipment and dump it in front of the Bangalore store and file a complaint with Consumer Protection Council. Also, I will be providing this review all over internet.
