One of the branch is situated near Kundanhalli gate, I am not overwelcomed by the service of this mall, I have taken a Yoga mat kept at a location where price of product has been kept as flat 399/- rs only, while I went to billing section they billed it 995/- price tag put on the product.I told them that it has been kept at that location where price is flat 399/- and I asked one of Hypercity associate also, he also confirmed that price is 399/- rs only.After the billing I checked that amount they have deducted from my account is 995 in place of 399. And they ask me to connect with Customer care executive, they were slow in completing their task and took 15 minutes of mine to wait to converse with me . After that they say please connect with Home department manager at the entrance gate, I went to entrance gate but there was not guy present and again I returned back to Customer care and Customer care guy called the manager close to 3 times to come to Customer care center.It took close to 1 hour in taking the product discussion.I felt really disappointed with the customer handling done by the hypercity associates.One of my bad experience .I think if any other shop will be there, it will give me that product and correct their mistake for coming customers.
