I ordered a gift from this site. I chose this site because this is the only site that delivers in 2 days!! other sites all require a minimum one week for processing your order.
First they didn’t deliver on time and then they told me that particular item is not available. When I asked for a refund, they kept giving me a cock and bull story of payment gateways not working, mails bouncing, etc etc. It took me 6 weeks, innumerable international calls and finally ’’telephone bashing’’ to get my refund back.
Being nice and polite is a waste of time and manners....i tried it and it didn’t work.
I had a terrible experience. I actually had an argument with my roommate that being polite would work and it didnt. She had to finally take hold of the situation and blast them over the phone. They refunded the money and sent me an apology mail within days.
Its better and safer to stick to the conventional method of shopping atleast until they can improve their level of commitment and customer service.
Wouldn’t recommend this site to anybody!!
