The only thing I can say is that I used willpower to stop with a little help from a free online course I found at www.fastimprovement.co.uk/stop-smoking-quit-smoking.php ... and originally I thought it
wouldnt have mattered whether I stopped or not, but thankfully my partner supported me all the way. Im so glad I managed to do it. In the end it turned out to be surprisingly easy. Friends of mine have had hypnosis in the past, but I didnt feel it was right for me, but it turns out that some of the things covered in this course are actually hypnotic ... hey, I didnt even notice or realise!! During the course, which gets delivered by regular emails, you get given free things like relaxation sessions, manuals, techniques to help reduce the cravings etc. All in all Im really pleased with how easy and effective the whole process has been.
