Story:

I am not an avid reader but as and when need arises, I read for a purpose. As the name suggests, this book claims to tell you how to stop worrying

Hence, I took this book I was not sure if it would help alleviate my worries and confusions but I nevertheless went ahead in search of atleast some guidance that could help me.

I was surprised to find that the book fared above my expectations. The author, Dale Carnegie has done considerable amount of research in this field and the book reveals that he has considered all possible means that help to curb worries.

He has included observations of many physicians, doctors, phyciatrists, psychologists and in addition he has included the relevant learning of religion and yoga in this text.He first investigates the prime cause of worry and then very deftly deals with the root cause and thereby providing a solid lomg lasting solution.

Though this book was written a long time ago, the reading is not anachronic. Infact, his observations still apply very well today. And the remedies too. This book is not only a resource to stop your worries immediately but also a a good guide to lead your life without stress

If you read with an open mind, it will help you change your attitude. And this is my experience.I wanted to take away something useful from this book but it gave me much more.I recommend this book for all the people who are completely drowned in their worries and are seeking a way out. This book might help you do the same.

Even for those who are not bothered by any tensions, this book should be a good read as it includes hundreds of interesting examples
