I stumbled upon this while going through the self-help book section in Crossword. The cover and title got my attention. There are plenty of books about decision-making out there. After going through the reviews, I decided to buy it.
I must say it is a well-researched book that will help you understand the process of making decisions. Henry Montgomery has given examples of how decisions are made in an organisational structure, where a lot of things are on stake. The book has been written in an easy to understand language and will surely change your perception regarding decision making. It is a must read for anyone who wishes to learn more about the process.
