Come on guys !!! I don’t know why should we ever expect that ISPs here would give us total connectivity, 24x7 Customer Service as well as all sorts of crap. Look guys we live in india, and we ought to face reality - compare it to India not some foren ISP.

I say hotwire is good. I used to have the 64kbps unltd, then 96 and now 128. At first I used to have probs with customer care, service was unreliable but with time hotwire has improved, and improved like hell. If compared to sify broadband I’ll say it’s a hell lot better. Sify has a better brand name and that makes it the reason why it has lots of users.

I have been on hotwire for over an yr, except the 1st 3months the service has been excellent. I am GETTING 128 kbps not just saying that for a reasonable price. Customer service is slow and painful but we live in india and we should appreciate what we are getting!

This is reliable, connectivity is lost for about a total of 20-30mins in the 24hours of the day, which isn’t pretty bad. Speed is good. Customer service is slow but good. The quality of routers and hardware these guys is pretty good and on the whole you can say its a reliable down to earth net connection for people who really love the internet.
