my friend been using hotwire internet connection from more than a month, she lives in delhi., from  past 1 week the local Ani  ineternet service provider disconneted it after taking payment in advance and when asked what is the reason, we got a reply saying there is a problem in wires there which will take few days or more than a month so dont call again, and we cant give u acess now. So we tried hotwire customer care we got a reply sayingtalk to ur local operator we cant help u. so this is what service the HOtwire provides for cunsumers of their INternet connection. And for more information the hotwire connection is working fine the customer care says theres no problem anywhere so u shouldnt be getting disconnected. Who to blame and talk to in such situations
