I’ve been using Hotwire for more then 2 years now. Tried Sify, AirTel and Spectranet too for sometime but got back to Hotwire. They offer excellent unlimited packages at good speeds.
Thankfuly, I have reliable local cable operator in my area who takes customer complaints seriously. My experience with hotwire direct customer support has also been quite good.
I have 128MB Unlimited package. I can leave my computer to download big movies when I go to office w/o worrying about disconnections.

Only problem that I came across with this provider was due to technical issues at local cable operator end.
AutLogout was disabled by Hotwire support when I called them.
No other instance that I can remember to write in Cons.

I would highly recommend this ISP.
