Me too suffered a lot with this Lake view hotel Ooty, We booked two rooms and when we went there they offered us executive rooms which was no way executive.

All taxis avoid coming into the hotel saying there is a enter fee for them,
whats that we have to walk or climb up from the room to receiption which is about 100 stairs or a walk in the steep roads.

If you are freezing to death you have to wait 45 Min for room service to get wet firewood.

Order a cup of coffee and you need to wait for 30mins.

Order a cabs and you need to wait for the whole day. And those ____ in the travel desk say the amount of a package and they them self  varies from that.

They are brilliant in serving food, covering with paper towel to keep the food hot.

I highly recommend you not to go there
