God forbid if you ever need to get this car repaired after a major accident. I have had the worst experience trying to get my car back from the dealership. The problem is that there is an acute shortage of car parts in India. Therefore it takes months to get this car repaired. There is ofcourse no recourse with the company - I have had to rent a car for the last four months. Worst decision to purchase this car, I will never buy another honda again. The dealeship - Linkway Honda in Mumbai - has not been helpful in giving me a realistic timeline as to when will my car be ready. I have been told time and again that it is a matter of a week or 10 days, with numerous deadlines passing. They are totally unresponsive and I need to call them every week. My car went in for repair in August and it is December ’05 now and there is still no indication when my car will be returned. The amount of money that I have spent in renting a car I might as well have purchased a new one.
