I had purchased a brand new Honda CB Trigger on  23/03/2014, at 05:30 pm. After taking delivery I straight away went to fuel station and filled petrol for full tank. From there I went to home parked the bike. Some time later I had noticed petrol leaking from tank. Immediately we drain complete fuel into bottles at 10:30pm. This all happened in just span of 5 hours. My doubt is whether I was given a brand new or used demo bike. If it is new then what was the PDI done on the said vehicle. Who will be responsible if vehicle gets fired as petrol directly dropped on battery case?

Next day morning when we went to Orange Auto Pvt Ltd (Hyderabad) from where we purchased for escalating the concern, they swapped & REPLACED new fuel tank from another vehicle. They even didn't bother about battery, where as battery consists of sulphuric acid which is harmful & flammable. When I asked them for REPLACEMENT of VEHICLE, they just answered me saying TR already issued and nothing can be done. And even they didn't open any job card before working, so that I don't have any evidence that they worked on my vehicle.

Dealership people didn't took my issue that serious, and simply answered these are COMMON PROBLEMS.

I am prepared to proceed legally as I had paid net amount on the spot.
