I purchased Honda Brio in may 2013 new model with defogger in back glass. It was standing in front of my house on 13 june 2013 at 1 P.M. Suddenly its backside glass broken down in front of my eyes spontaneously . there was no hit, jerk or accident.
Dealer agreed to replace it on my insurance. But now he says that glass is not available. Also he does not know when it will be available. Now what to do?
