What would you expect if you had ordered a product from an online shopping site that is part of a huge media conglomerate (Network18)? Good and quick service and high quality products ... or if worst comes to worst, a delayed delivery and a low quality product.

This is what the homeshop18 guys must be thinking. I had ordered a lot of diwali gifts from the site for which my credit card has already been debited. And what about the product you ask? Well ... which product? They never sent these products to me. The status after nearly two months (order in last week of Oct and today is mid-December) of wait is still payment received.
Repeated calls and umpteen e-mails havent had any effect.
BTW, If anyone here has any knowledge about the law, I would be glad to know what are my options now - how can I sue them and ensure that they do not dare do this to anyone else in the future?
