i bought stuff worth rs 2700/- approximately on 28th and 29th nov 2007. the website says the stuff will be door delivered in 1700 cities and they list all the cities including mine. but i am yet to receive the ordered stuff. they tell me it is not possible to deliver in my town over the phone but are not refunding the money. whenever i call them they tell me they have taken down my complaint and they will call me within 24 hours but they dont. its been 72 hours and i made 6 telephone calls duringt the period explaining each time my order number and problem to the person attending the phone, and i am promised a solution within 24 hours. basically took me for a ride. no refund or responsibility. if you send email, they take more than 2 days to respond and that too vaguely without addressing the problem. dont shop with them.
