I had ordered a double cot & sofa from Home Town.The delivery of sofa was late by a week & was damaged.The 2nd delivery

was after a month & the sofa had 2 tears(holes).The 3rd time the sofa was delivered after another month wait and was a complete mismatch to the sofa set we had ordered.(The color was different).Fed-up with all this my husband asked for a refund and immediate clearance of the sofa from our house as it was being used as a warehouse for dumping damaged goods.It took another 3 days.The in-charge there refused to give our money back by cash/cheque.They wanted to revert to our credit card which we had already paid-off after 2 months of waiting for the sofa.After much screaming , arguing & hassle, my husband got the cheque after 4 days.The deliveries used to come at 11 pm & was a kind of harassment for the family with delivery guys constantly pestering for money.The cot also had some scratches for which painter came and polished it.All this hassle after paying the cash upfront & impromptu.It was a nightmare & regret that we stepped into such a place.Never in my life would I recommend my friends or relatives or even enemies to visit Home Town.
