Home Town is big name in malls in bangalore.This is very reputed place for shopping, but I had bad experience with them. I purchased sofa from home town last year.They made delay of two day for delivery at my home telling reason of their delivery person did not find my address.They send me sofa without proper checking.It was without packing and dust was on it while traveling for delivery.It was new but it was looking old because of dust.I asked delivery person then he said this because of bad road this is not my fault.I did not like this behave of home town they should send items with packing at delivery time.They are big name in bangalore, but this kind of service does not suit them.
