I bought a double bed without hydraulics a year back from home town, and it started with squeaking sound as soon as the warranty of one year was over.
I went back to them and requested for a service check they said I have to pay 350 service and visiting charges, I explained it is just one year one month old.
The manager was adamant and also realised me that in 14000 I will get this quality only, I was shocked to hear that statement, when I confronted him he was again adamant and didnt accept that he said anything like that, I wish I had a recorder to record that statement. I would never recommend this place for high value purchase, I believe house full, marathalli is far better in customer service and furnitures.
