I was using hitachi Ac and the very first month I bought it, it show in the display some error naming e9. though the product was in warranty but their service man said that this product doesnt cover the warranty and charged rs3000 for it. later the following two months another error some e3 came up and they repeated the same statemnt of the part not covered in warranty and charged 1100
the following year when they came up to renew annual charges for AMC they charged us 2500 saying all parts are covered under AMC
the following month I asked them to come over as I was having some problem in the ac they took almost 15days to make a visit and charged 500 for that visit saying that it is their policy which they did not mention at the time of agreement.
so my verdict is that this AC is costlier in comparison to others and even it doesnt have worth of the money you are paying
I think you should try for other options too.
