I have been using this refrigerator for 6 months and I had some problem with it as it was not getting low cooling even if do proper settings.then I had complained to the call center customer care they asked me to show it to service center of Hitachi and they promise to transfer call to service center . Even after calling 10 times to Customer care department, no response from service center. I guess there is no communication between customer care and service center. Product is good but no customer care, hence wont recommend Hitachi product.bad service.
