Hi,
I've had a Hitachi refrigerator which has served me very well for the past 8 years. With the onset of summer the cooling went off. So I called HItachi call center and placed a complaint 10 days ago. I traced the local number after a few calls and made sure someone visited to check. They informed that a fan was not working. And said they've ordered it. When the fan came it was the wrong one. Since then I've been following up with calls to their center in Alwarpet.attended by different people.Manikandan, Muthukumar, Sarath and the reception lady Jeevitha. I have all their mobile numbers. The list is growing. Yet am yet to get a concrete reply as to when my refrigerator will be fixed. Will keep you all informed when it does get fixed.
